Summary

The second plenary session will focus on the disclosure of the central theme of the Forum "Resources for Development". The reports will cover the questions of use of budget funds, development banks, international financial institutions and programs, as well as utilization of resources of human capital, technological development and innovation management. Another bunch of reports will be linked to spatial development from the level of the EU to the cities and villages.
