Forum participants cover their direct expenses on transport, accommodation and registration fee.

Participants are provided with 3 options of payment:

• Standard registration fee
• Standard registration fee with extra options
• Business-class registration fee

STANDARD REGISTRATION FEE

STANDARD REGISTRATION FEE provides participation of one person in all Forum activities (including meals), translation, package of information materials, Forum publications according to the Forum Programme as well as posting the information on participants and their papers at Forum web site.

Additionally to standard registration fee participants might pay extra options:

• Assistance in preparing reports and presentation materials - 193 EUR including VAT
• Publication of report in the Forum brochure (published after the Forum), including publication on the Forum web site - 193 EUR including VAT
• Distribution of informational and PR materials among Forum participants. (Information stands, media presentation, Forum web site) - 500 EUR including VAT
