Press conference in RIA Novosti On September 27 in the multimedia press center RIA Novosti was held a press conference with Deputy Minister of Regional Development Alexander Viktorov, First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Federation Affairs and Regional Policy Galina Izotova, Deputy Director of Department of Ministry of Regional Development of Russia, the curator of programs at one-company towns Dmitry Golovanov and the Director of the Resource Center of Strategic Planning under the Leontief Centre Boris Zhikharevich.
