Meeting of Organizing Committee On July 4, 2011 Organizing Committee approved the drafts of plenary meetings. On the first day of the Forum Viktor Basargin, Minister for Regional Development of the Russian Federation, will make a speech. On the first plenary session Heads from all levels will make the reports. At the second day opening sessions of the Forum Alexei Kudrin, Minister for Finance of the Russian Federation, will make a speech.
