Regular Meeting of the Organizing Committee of X All-Russia Forum On February 28, 2011 a regular meeting of the Organizing Committee of X All-Russia Forum Strategic Planning in Regions and Cities of Russia: Resources for Development (October17-18, 2010, St. Petersburg, Hotel Park-Inn Pribaltiyskaya) was held in the Ministry for Regional Development. Meeting was chaired by Alexander Viktorov, Deputy Minister for Regional Development. Boris Zhikharevich as supervisor of the Forum and Irina Karelina, member of the Organizing Committee / Head of the Working Group took part in the meeting from Leontief Centre.
